Why Should You Be There?
The exhibit show at the Arizona APCO/NENA State Training Conference presents you with a unique opportunity to market your business and services to leaders of the Public Safety Communications agencies from throughout the State of Arizona.
We anticipate attendees to include 9-1-1 call takers, dispatchers, line level supervisors, managers, directors, chiefs of police, fire chiefs, and other high ranking officials and decision makers.
Booth sizes will allow for prominent display of your equipment, products, and services.

The Vendor Exhibit Show is a 2 day event that will occur on Tuesday September 14th & Wednesday September 15th, 2021, as a part of the Arizona APCO/NENA State Training Conference.
Several events are planned to occur inside of the exhibit hall to assure traffic to the booths. These events include, but are not limited to: breaks, meals, and receptions.
Several sponsorship opportunities are available to our vendor partners as well, making sure that there is something for every budget. By participating as a sponsor your company will help ensure that we can continue to put on these great events while keeps costs for attendees to a minimum. We hope that you will consider being a sponsor this year!
We have added a vendor specific track to this year’s conference. This track will allow vendors to speak about products or services that they offer that helps combat or fix a specific problem, issue, or concern faced by public safety communications centers. Exhibitors may purchase this by selecting the ‘product presentation’ item during registration, or by purchasing a Platinum or Diamond level sponsorship. There are a limited number of session times available, and they will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Please act fast if you are interested in this unique opportunity.
About the Show
What is included with a exhibitor booth?
One 8 foot deep by 10 foot wide piped and draped booth.
One 6 foot draped table, folding chair, and a wastebasket.
5 1/2 hours of dedicated time with conference attendees plus additional time during breaks, lunches and receptions in the exhibit hall.
Your company listed in the conference program & on conference website.
Post-conference list of attendees for sales leads.
Admittance of two (2) booth attendants. Additional booth attendants MUST be purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
What if I wish to sponsor?
A grid showing an overview of the benefits of each sponsorship level is below. Sponsorship booth sizes are as follows: Silver, Gold, Platinum – 10ft deep x 16ft wide; Diamond – 16ft deep x 20ft wide. Sponsors will have the option to select their preferred meal during checkout.
What are the payment options?
Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept all major credit cards via our Stripe Payment Processing. We will accept check payments from those who are unable to pay by credit card, however your preferred booth or sponsor level is not guaranteed until payment has been received. If you must pay by check, please reach out to us via the ‘Contacts’ link above.
What is the cost?
A standard booth will cost $550.00. There will be no discounts on multiple booth purchases.

What is the deadline to register?
Exhibitor and Sponsor registration will remain open until all booths and sponsorships have been filled. However, we expect to sell all sponsor packages and have a full exhibit hall so we suggest you register as soon as possible to guarantee your preferred booth and sponsor level.
